“Korean” “Beef”



  • 1.3 pounds lean ground turkey (usually 1 pkg)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1/2 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 bag frozen diced onions
  • Sometimes I add a small can of mushroom stems and pieces
  • Brown rice


Combine all ingredients (except green onions) into crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.  Serve over brown rice and top with green onions.
