- 2 lbs Beef stew meat
- 1c chopped celery
- 1 bag frozen onions
- .5 bag baby carrots, cut in half
- 1 small cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- Spices: LOTS of peppercorn, allspice, cinnamon, ginger paste, coriander, ground mustard, minced garlic, a bunch of salt
Put the onion, celery, and meat into the instant pot. Add spices and then top with 5 cups water. Cook on high pressure for 65 minutes then quick release. Add carrots and cabbage (it’s okay if it’s slightly over the no fill line– cabbage will give a lot of airspace). Cook on high for 5 minutes then quick release.
